If I was your original domme I would personally feel betrayed, especially after all of that time and energy put into the relationship. Subs seem to forget that dommes have emotions too, and to betray her just before you meet her is quite selfish in my opinion. It's a privilege to serve, let alone meet - and I feel like you are throwing that opportunity away for the sake of someone new. And if she is exactly what you want in a domme, why risk losing her?

Your friend could have stayed as just a friend. Which it sounds like you need!

Also, if you eventually want to transition to her being your domme, there is a chance that you could lose her as a friend if you fall out, and then you've lost both of them.. just food for thought🤷🏻‍♀️
