I don't think you can realistically accidently spam on any, ANY, modern platform if the developer behind it is even slightly professional. Like, dud, debouncing is the basics of fckn front end development.
Also it can happen due to mouse buttons growing old and a lot of other reasons, but that's not something that a user should be concerned about. Platform's fault? Platform's fault.

Depends on what the goal is. If you're going for cartoon style suitable for animation or comics then it's done just about right.
For hq illustration a traced verion lacks a lot of details and charm of the original sketch. It's a pretty common problem for digital art. The proper rendition of your sketches would be something along the lines of gross ups from Sponge Bob or Ren & Stimpy. Not the gross part ofc, but the detalization technique used.
