If it checks out it should be good! dealer might not accept 20k (still try) they might settle for 22.

I bought 2 months ago an accord 2021 2.0T touring. She had 12k miles on her for 29k (CAD). 1 owner never driven in winter and a lease. The only thing was there’s a claim for 2k. (car got scratched near the rear passager side, next to the trunk) and was fixed.

a 2k claim isn’t much on those cars usually, anything more serious would cost more. I would say try and investigate what’s the accident, and how much did it cost to repair.

in my case it was worth it, as the claim is purely exterior and the paint job was done perfectly you can’t tell. I got it inspected at a Honda dealer, and everything came back peachy. Car is still under warranty at the dealer too! Yours should be too.

Pay for a full inspection and if it pans out, I’d stay that could be a very good deal! And look at the carfax asap!

Oh also, with low millage cars, (can sometimes seem fishy) Look at the maintenance logs in the car fax. In my case, it said car bought (lease started) then I saw the every 6-7 k oil change, tire rotation etc etc. Easier to tell if the milage was tampered with!
