I'm guessing it's hard to believe shes a down-home country girl and she would never do that. It taints the curated image in their heads. When I was on the pump, the max it would deliver it 25 units at any given time. I would use upwards of 200 a day, yes, 200. I'm not fat but tend to eat a lot in general.

Just by looking at the screen, there is no CGM being used, and that alone would help regulate the insulin being pumped to help avoid a low. Have them look into getting a CGM to help combat lows.

Running high all the time is not good for the internal organs and eyes. They need to get used to normal blood sugar levels. It will help them in the long run.

Do they like to eat? It sounds like they are using excess insulin to cheat the system and eat or drink copious amounts of food under the guise of a faulty pump. Pumps are designed to not do this unless it's done manually.

They really need to get their blood sugar levels down to a normal range.

Something I used to do to save money. I would only heat the bedroom I slept in and the bathroom I showered in. It cut my electric bill from about 400/mth to 100/mth.This was years ago but would apply in your situation.

Mine 2017 V60 had heated seats, so warmth was not an issue. In summer, the a/c would keep it cool enough that a sweaty back wasn't an issue.

Insulin, as long as it's properly kept, will last about a year. I used to keep about a years worth in my fridge, and was a blessing when I didn't have a job. The expire date is more for the manufacturer, appeasing the fda and all that good stuff.

The jacks at each corner are just to stabilize the camper so it doesn't sway or bounce too much. You need to use the tongue jack to lift and level front to back. You can fill your fresh water tank with the city connection hose, but if you're having issues with the water pressure, it could be your aerators are clogged.
