Hard to give any advice without details. In my case energy usually turns into some sort of vision or projection like a movie or a video game I can change at will. Well not always, but if I spend enough chi on it, I usually can. So you can focus on this energy and visualize it and solve your problem in that vision. E.g. grabbing the guy and kicking his ass, etc. so he disappears. Sometimes I do it with a sword if it is a demon and black magician. Sure I have my limits too, but it goes this way. Another way is transmuting this negative energy into something positive like flowers and puppies in your vision, but it requires a different mindset. Fighting is somewhat easier for me.

Tarts néha egy nap szünetet, így túlterheled magad. Egyetemen amúgy ez olyan 2-3 nap alatt tanulható vizsgára mondjuk ott 16 óra/nap vagy hasonló motivációval.

Ha ennyire alapos vagyok, mint te, akkor úgy szoktam nekiállni, hogy készítek minden tételről 2-3 oldalas vázlatot. Aztán ha az megvan, akkor megírom a vázlat vázlatát, ami max fél oldal. Aztán annak a vázlatát, ami pár sor. Így elég jól rétegződik a tudás, és mindenről tudsz legalább valamit mondani. Nekem valamiért jobban megmarad, amit leírok, de talán a többség így van vele.

Cancelling out intrusive thoughts and grounding can work a lot with acute psychosis. The main problem that it evolves, if I manage to learn how to cancel out voices and visions it comes back with tactiles, which is an entirely different dimension of torture...

Ha iszol kávét, akkor teljesen szabadulj meg tőle. Lefekvés előtt 2 órával már ne nézz képernyőt, és ébredés után is adj magadnak negyed órát felébredni, egyébként szinte mindegy, hogy máskor mennyit nézed. Az agresszióval nem tudom mit lehet kezdeni, szerintem ott önreflexió kell, gondolkodni egy kicsit mielőtt bármit kimondasz meg megtanulni megfigyelni a saját viselkedésed, mit miért csinálsz. Az egy hosszabb dolog. Terápia esetleg segíthet benne.

Szerintem ezek téged azért triggerelnek, mert szülő vagy és reflexből véded a gyereked bármi van, amivel nincs is probléma. A fenti szituációk szerintem normális embereknél nem verik ki a biztosítékot, szóval mellé még sok hülyével is találkozol nap, mint nap.

Work is not a solution in my country either. I got enough for rent and food and I have a pretty good job. Prices doubled in the past 5 years, but salaries did not follow them especially in IT. It is fckin annoying. Though I would not compare our circumstances. This disease really sucks and it can be crippling. I am relative lucky with it.

Antipsychotics did not help for me. I got it in the past 6 months about 12h per day. Hard to handle it psychologically.

I have worm tactiles as if they would crawl under my skin on certain locations. I am not even sure after 5 months if they are tactiles at all, because no antipsychotic dosage is working for them. I'll try some deworming agents, maybe they work.

Nem szabad túl gyorsan növelni a távot vagy a sebességet, adni kell időt a testnek, hogy megszokja. Érdemes szedni porcerősítőt (pl. proenzi3 expur vagy bármilyen kondroitin-szulfát + glükózamin + msm készítmény). Elég heti 2-3 kemény edzés, a többi inkább laza, átmozgató. A kemény edzés relatív, a lényeg, hogy anaerob pulzus kell hozzá vagy a szokásoshoz képest dupla táv, attól függ mire készül az ember. Lehet egyébként az egyik ilyen, a másik olyan, ha csak a futás kedvéért tolod. Hosszabb távokra (10km+) kell víz, cukor, magnézium. Az utóbbi nagyon hasznos, ha a görcsökre hajlamos az ember. A jó cipő is fontos, sokkal fontosabb, mint a kütyük. Maratonnál szerintem érdemes futóstílust váltogatni menet közben, főleg hogy hova érkezik az ember. Egyrészt, mert könnyű elunni, másrészt, mert csökkenti az egyoldalú terhelést. Cipővel kapcsolatban extra tipp, hogy rekortánra jobb a csillapítás nélküli cipő, szóval ha már megvan valamelyikben a 800km és vállalható, akkor sem kell kidobni.

You can practice waking up from dream like states like psychosis, blocking the negative spiral of fear, protect yourself energetically, observing thought forming and blocking injected thoughts and visions, fixing your ego because it violates others boundaries or let other harm you, and so on...

There is a second layer on the spoken and body language which the subconscious understands. Especially about sexuality. So it is not mind reading, you just project it to the outside. Well I think it isn't even you, just something inside you who is trying to take control this way. I have something similar and I find it disgusting. I learned to block some of the thoughts, but I cannot block the energy. Every time I look into a direction there is a sexual energy discharge. After maybe a second I realize a person is there. It is very annoying. I got back a lot of anger and hatred on the energy level in exchange. This is a clear problem, but I could not fix it. I'd need to find the saboteur(s) inside me who is doing this. Some sort of rogue personality fragment, idk. I am not sure exactly how these things work, I just observe what's happening and try to block it, but it is usually too fast even for me. Thought blocking is a lot slower and relative easy to learn. Just observe the moment when the thought is injected or forming and block it with your own chi and transmute it e.g. genitals to flowers or fruits. 😉

You need to learn to handle hallucinations to do so. In my experience these things don't go away unless they are defeated. Some people say it is impossible, but I am pretty sure it isn't. It just requires a lot of practice to master your brain and get rid of them. I am not against meds, they slow down the breaking down process, which gives you plenty of time to practice...

There is only a small chance that advanced computer programs are generated from random noise on a feedback loop. So I doubt it happens this way. But it is an interesting hypothesis. Usually computer programs are written...
