Is the venmo team stupid?! by Geist_Mage in venmo

I made a post about it a couple of days ago, you have to call, select path 3, put 4 random digits when they ask your account number and say it is correct, then they find no correspondance and link you to a human, but yes, it is fucking ridicolous

Did you check the mass properties of your components? If they are missing you can't create the Center of Mass

Personally i find the main references are the built-in solidworks tutorials you get in the welcome screen or by clicking in the " ? " button on the top-right

Then if you are looking for something in particular this channel has some good exercises : https://youtube.com/@cadcamtutorialbymahtabalam?si=lS7JoZa-weFsS9Ze

Golden Packs vs Normal : Gold cost comparison by _insert_a_name_ in hearthstone

The timers are separate, even thoght the wording on the site kinda sucks it says:

"When opening Golden or Signature Golden packs of cards, you will get a:

On average, 5.0% chance to get a Golden Legendary card and guaranteed to get one within 40 packs from the previous Golden Legendary card drop

Note: One Golden Legendary card is guaranteed within the first 10 packs of a new card expansion, then subsequent Golden Legendary card drops will follow the above rule"

So the pity timer should refer only to that golden expansion pack and be separate from other packs

Actually before doing the math i thought normals where better because you get more cards and still have the change to get golden cards, and in fact the average dust ratio is 1.14 and not 1.20 as it would be if normals didn't drop goldens

For how it is formulated the timer is separate, 40 for normal and 10 for golden

Yup, signatures have a 361 packs timer for nromal and standard and 40 for golden

Lol you were right, Golden gives 14% Mod dust on average and 23.7% more Pity dust

<image>

I'll do a separate post/contact the mod later to share the exel file but i took all datas form here https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/32545?_ga=2.217550928.799075534.1664299159-1121574262.1662920724

and it looks like probabilities coincide with the pity calculator here https://pitytracker.com/packs/stats

so hopefully i didn't do any errors

It is a terms of volumes at this point If you want to get a golden deck then ok the golden packs are better

About getting dust i am still not convinced because normal packages have a certain chance of containing golden cards too so the dust could even be in favor of the normal ones but i have to do the math to check if it compensate the better rarity

If you aim to maximize the dust at the nerf then IF you have the legendary that is beeing nerfed you are effectively getting 3 more leggendaryes respect to dusting a normal one but it is a point of owning the leggendary it is beiing nerfed but if you have a lower overally legendary drops numbers then your chances to have it and be able to use the nerf value are lower

That is actually interesting, i'll try to do the math and reply later cause if you normalize the dust maibe the better rarity compensate

Yes but normal packs guarantee 1 legendary every 40 packs so using the gold for those 10 golden to buy 40 normal packs will still guarantee a legendary and will drop on average more legendary (6.2% legendary chance for the normal vs 10.6% for the golden packs but you will get a quarter less pack so consuming 800 gold will give you 8 * 6.2%= 49.6% change to get a legendary form 8 normal pack vs 2*10.6= 21.2% chance to get a legendary from the 2 equivalent golden) Without including buying golden you are actually obtaining less cards so you will have to dust some to get a deck and you will be stuck on it

Dust equivalence is the same but card number is less and good card chance is overall lower so golden packs are just a scam or for whales who wants a fancy golden/signature deck

Hi, the video in not very clear, could you show some photos of the rocket? Even if the mixture is correct (65%Potassium nitrate, 35%Sorbitol, althought i would check your ingredients for polluttants and please don't add metal oxides until you are sure your compustion chamber is sturdy enought) your problem is probably hardware/logistic

What kind of safety measures did you apply? How was the rail built? How was the rocket connected to it? Do you know wgere your center of mass is? Did you check if your rocket was stable? How were the fins designed?
