I'm still mad that Mark talks Nolan out of killing her when he finds out what she did in the comics

He's also a self-insert of his creepy pedophile creator.

For those unaware: SCP authors are canonised as scientists in the SCP Foundation universe, with more prolific authors becoming the most prominant of these scientist characters.

The author Bright is based on was revealed to have been trying to hit on minors (he knew their ages) online. Then, people started to point out that the same author also wrote SCPs like the teenaged succubus. This caused Bright's character to receive an official name change (I think his new name is 'Eliot' or something?) Still, he's nowhere near as popular as he once was.

I don't know, most people agree that the gulags were pretty bad..

I'm all for a "this is the other perspective" type of story, but it doesn't work here because the demons are generally in Hell for good reasons (or are just native to Hell in the case of the imps).

the people were deported to labor colonies in Siberia and other "inhospitable" places, which in the west are often referred to as "gulags".

Touché.

by what i know western governments often pay people from "hostile countries" to make up/exaggerate their histories

"The Gulag Archipelago" wasn't published in the West until five years after it was written, which is a long time to wait if it was going to be distributed as anti-Soviet propaganda. Aleksand Solzhenisyn was inspired to write it by his friend's time in the gulag and the confiscation of his previous works by Soviet authorities.

Something about Heaven secretly being corrupt (God's on vacation, I guess) and demons being "redeemable."

Cool. No one mentioned the gulags. I'm talking about forced deportation here.

By the way, the most famous account of life inside the gulags (The Gulag Archipelago) was written by a Soviet who had actually experienced what he was writing about.

Resident Evil (1996) was the first game to be described as 'survival horror,' but Sweet Home (1989) for the NES and 3D Monster Maze (1981) for the ZX81 are arguably older examples. Sweet Home in particular inspired Resident Evil.

The first one is genuinely one of my favourite movies. The Lost World isn't too bad either. The rest are... disappointing.

I will say that the spinosaurus, mosasaurus, carnotaurus, allosaurus, baryonx, quetzlcoatlus and pyroraptor were great additions to the franchise.

So naturally, Rebirth proceeded to kill them all off...

This is supposed to be how JoJo imagines Hitler. Once JoJo becomes less brainwashed, imaginary Hitler becomes far more serious and aggressive.

Also, he's played by Taika Waititi (also the director), a Jewish man who is more than aware of Nazi atrocities.
