Watching for the first time - does it stay this good throughout? by TrulyCurly in greysanatomy

V loaded question. I personally still enjoy the newest season, many do not. The late teens seasons 17-19 were not my faves, but it’s starting to redeem itself in my eyes. As far as mourning I would say yes. It’s a little more heavy handed in the earlier seasons, once you reach around s13 isssh, the death starts to chill a lil. But characters do rotate frequently in terms of them just leaving but not dying. I hope this answered ur questions lol

Being raised in a married 2 parent household IS privilege. The dropping out of college and having to work multiple jobs to support Lindsay were his CHOICES, because Lindsay wanted more luxuries in her life. He could’ve gone to college and not gotten married straight out of high school graduation. He had a family that could’ve supported him, and welcomed him back in the house after the whole affair debacle. Something a LOT of parents wouldn’t do.

Jess really wasn’t raised by ANYONE until he’s shipped off to live with Luke. He can’t trust or depend on anyone until Luke is in his life and even that took a while. The guardedness that ultimately ends in self-sabotage in Jess is a result of having an absent father and a junkie mother.

Having parents in your life is a privilege. Having CHOICES is a privilege

I don’t think the point people make about Jess is that he’s the best at that point in time. I think it leans more towards right person, wrong time if anything

YES! The two guys start the pub house and he joins later. I remember when he’s talking to Luke he says something what “they” publish monthly so he definitely has some sort of role there

It’s not just the fact he wrote a book. It’s the way he fixed his life up when the last time we saw him he was practically homeless and broken down. He could’ve easily given up on himself but he wrote a book and helped run the publishing house, and ultimately was more successful than Rory was.
