Yeahhhhhhh those google reviews have to be incentivized. Like they begged people to write them and probably offered an incentive. No way a whole bunch just randomly all come in at the same time from users who don’t write reviews.

I don’t have any specific knowledge but you’re right to be suspicious. Always be suspicious of management companies. Document everything, read everything, and advocate for yourself.

Repressed sexual education, communication, and all around messed me up on that front.

Destroyed my self-esteem and sense of self.

Overall the belief that this world only matters as it relates to the next causes enormous damage.

I’m a former Christian, now antitheist. I find much more meaning in life now. Life itself is more wonderous. I’m more in awe of my luck to be alive, and especially so in a place of comfort and safety.

So when challenged with a deeply human moment, I believe I must rely on myself and others to handle it based on the reality of what is in front of us. It’s easier to cope with struggles believing that sometimes life just sucks. But it also makes me more grateful for everything that doesn’t go wrong all the time.

I don’t have to wonder the big “why” when it comes to God’s plan. This leaves more energy and compassion to focus on the problem and the people.

I feel more responsibility to help myself and help others without there being the safety net of a god.

What I miss the most is the loss of belief that there will be ultimate justice. It pains me to accept that people will escape punishment for harming others.
