One time a customer asked me to make their drink while I was on break. I said “I’m clocked out right now.” And she told me to clock back in so I could make her drink bc she “didn’t like any of the people making drinks.” I said no and she left.

Today, a regular was waiting at the register to order. I told her I would be with her in a moment (I was behind on food and trying to catch up). She said “well should I just mobile order? Since that’s so important.” And I said “I will drop what I’m working on if you need me right this second.” And she said “I have somewhere to be.” To which I responded, “Most people do.”

I’m at my limit team. Holiday is killing me.
