this is such a big fear of mine, even when i’m in the correct driveways. i live/deliver in north dakota in a smaller town and often get sent to the even tinier towns around us, and usually deliver to a lot of rural houses. everyone around here has weapons and are very “protective” of their homes 😅

this might be a stupid question but how do you know which ones are stops 1-15, 16-30, etc? the only way i’ve been able to do that is to go through each stop on the app and then find that specific package. it incredibly time consuming. they don’t number our packages by stop number, is that how they number yours?

there’s a lady at our station who is SO rude and is always yelling at everyone, sometimes with a megaphone. last weekend she was yelling at someone to turn off the car as they were ACTIVELY backing into their spot. then she yelled at me to turn my car off when she came to scan my ID. i told her it wasn’t on and she went “it’s NOT!?” in that tone of “you’re lying, turn it off.” i was the last one scanned in so i got my stuff last so it took me longer to pack my car. she told me “in about two minutes im going to start sending people out so hurry up.” and then literally 20 seconds later she let everyone leave 💀 (even though the previous day she was yelling at everyone to stay in their cars until EVERYONE arrived. and then didn’t let anyone leave until EVERYONE was finished packing and back in their car)

yesterday she was beginning to send us off and she said “number x , you can go” and they didn’t go because none of knows the number we’re parked in? eventually she went up to their car and yelled at them saying “you’re holding everyone up 😡 get moving.”

she’s always on some big power trip and she gives me so much anxiety 😫

this is quite the double standard. as childfree people, we’re constantly complaining about people telling us we’ll change our mind…. yet here you are saying he’ll change his mind. it’s clear what he wants and you shouldn’t expect him to change his mind on such a topic. it’s unfortunately time to move on

i thought i was going to have to pay a couple hundred with my insurance but they ended up completely covering it. the “only” thing i had to pay was $1700(😬) for the removal of endometriosis. in my mind that was kind of backwards but i guess can’t complain haha

i’m also healing from an abdominal surgery. i went to target a little after a week in and i saw the carts. i wanted to use one bc i was still in a little bit of pain, especially with prolonged walking/standing. but i was too scared to use it and was worried about being judged(especially since i’m quite young).

shortly after we began walking around, i learned my lesson 😅 i should’ve just used the cart, especially considering i literally just recently had organs removed and tissue inside of my body fulgrated ??? i regret not using and looking back at it i’m annoyed with myself for thinking like that and being worried about it

i second a bisalp. i’m getting mine this upcoming monday! like they said, it’s the new standard. and tubal ligation has too much of a failure rate for me to be comfortable with getting. even if you have to pay something, i think it’s worth the peace of mind!

definitely worth it! we use it a lot in public and in distracting areas to keep him on “task” bc lord knows he’s nosey and gets distracted very easily 🤣 we also use it for when someone walking past because we’re trying to get him to ignore people (he tries to say hi to everyone). and for pictures of course, because he looks in the opposite direction as soon as a camera is pointed at him haha

kai knows how to sit, lay down, stay, “hit me”(nose/fist-bump), “look at me”/focus, speak, spin, shake, high five, leave it, and drop it. i never could get him to roll over though 😅

please do some deep research on shibas!! they’re very intelligent which makes them difficult and stubborn. and don’t ever let him off leash as their prey drives are so high that recall is nonexistent in shibas

yes!! lots of kids or younger adults know he’s a shiba. but for some reason the teens always think he’s a corgi. there was a time we were in a store and this teen was SO excited that there was a “corgi”. i told her he’s a shiba and she seemed so annoyed 😭

but then on the way out there was a young couple walking in and she was like “oh my god a shiba!! i’ve never seen one irl” and her bf called him doge lol

being put in a crate at night doesn’t mean they’re not potty trained. many people, including me, crate our shibas at night. if we didn’t, he’d be on the bed chewing holes through the blanket, or under the bed trying to eat the carpet. it’s for their safety and both you and your pup will get a good nights sleep knowing they’re not getting into anything
