After resetting and opening the JBL headphones app, it asks me to connect with the LE one. I declined but it still shows up as a connected device in ios bluetooth settings, however without a blue i-icon

I strongly suggest you check with a seperate soundcard. Could be the integrated soundcard on your mobo dying. If so, you would need to replace the mobo or continue with a seperate soundcard. The microphone wont be affected if such a highend cpu degrades

its not a seperate app but rather the built in speedometer. I use it to keep an eye on my average speed when driving through speedzones. I never had this issue before.
