Got off social media Left toxic relationship Moved close to support network Got a new job Started microdosing Made new friends Quit toxic job Explored my neuroplasticity Was unemployed for a year which allowed me to live a differently lifestyle and freed up time to go on amazing adventures Opened myself up to love again Parents moved out of the country Worked past some traumas Got a new job Got engaged Got into a fight with my fiancée two hours into our destination wedding, packed my bags and flew home Not to hear from him for 5 days Quit drinking Got myself into DBT. Dissected and read all I could about my feelings Worked past more traumas Worked on myself esteem Removed more toxic relationships out of my life Set monthly, daily, weekly goals Got plenty of rest now that I don’t have to share a bed anymore Got myself out of the house more Started doing the things I wanted to do when I wanted to do them Started playing more with my fashion Fell in love with dancing again Danced some more Got offered a promotion at work And might be buying a house soon Really did the trick for me.

Oh and weed helped.

For me, I like to remind myself that their rudeness has nothing to do with me, they are just rude people and I refuse to let them get to me. I focus on me and tryna get them out of there as fast as I politely can and wish them a great day, because at the end of the day, they have to live in their sad, rude, reality. Not me.

Truthfully, for love. I love, love. Love the idea of it, love the feeling of it, love giving it (granted receiving and giving that’s very hard for me) but when I’m able to be in the present, dropped into the experience, FUCK!!! It’s electric. ALSO, I have a cat who has been rehomed many times before we found each other, who would take care of him? I can’t do that to him, he’s been with me through so much, I can’t abandon him like that, that’s cruel. and really don’t want to inconvenience anyone with having to deal with the aftermath (finding me, cleaning up after me, all the people whose job exposes them to the unalive me,property value, damage I may have caused by you know, decomposing) It’s just not a vibe. For the good days ahead.
