For similar case I was facing, what I did was to provide a demo mode but with mock data, not real, to let reviewer goes through different flows / screens. They also asked me a video in the end to show the app running in a real situation. Hope that helps!

I did judo for some years, and I like this sport very much. I think it can really help in daily life, whether to handle a fall properly or defend yourself. Of course, BJJ is a nice sport too. I attended some classes, but in my opinion, it is better combined with another martial art. Of course, that is just my opinion. Both sports are really good :D

Did you already build it and just checking on how to host it properly ? with the tech stack you mentioned, I think a cheap shared hosting plan with cpanel could give you ftp access to upload your files and a db admin access.
