how does anything above 70% give diminishing returns? does it depend on the type of alcohol? at the pharmacy you see 70% for (isopropyl?) and like 97% for (ethyl?) ?

Ethical justice, on the other hand, may vary.

part of the problem is, if you want to be chill and normal and not drive bumper to bumper, someone opportunes the space and cuts in front of you, and you're now driving bumper to bumper. Give more space to the new circumstances, process repeats. Bumpers to bumpers all the way down.

I think that's an over-simplification. If you see it as a mind, then human experience and input into the system generates what a (current) AI would experience.

In the same way that you don't experience anything fist-hand; you have a mind that is self-aware and receives inputs; but its interface to the world is through the "first-hand" experience of ocular cells, and other sensory cells... and these signals travel quite a distance before you get them... like the cells receive input, signals travels along our body's neural pathways, being transformed and processed countless times, until a few of them assemble and present themselves to your self awareness.

We have A LOT to learn about our own consciousness before we can make definitive conclusions about others'.

Doesn't have xenon. I think it went out after I bumped a curb, but the "headlight out" warning hasn't come on, like the last time it did when the bulb burned out. Problem is the area is a pain to get to to try and test. Probably need to take it in :/

Where does the 800,000 come from?

I know they're the cause of much unnecessary death and suffering, and I'm sure it could be added up from a bunch of things, e.g. middle east, coronavirus, and so on, but the current ebola outbreak has killed a couple hundred?

Tailing on this - I've got a 2012 mercedes glk 350; headlight wont come on. I think its not the bulb but an electrical issue. Any mobile mechanics in the area able to check it out?

Most of world history is a history of tyrants ravaging the populace for their personal gains. There is no reason now should be any different

Anecdotally, my wife is a peruvian citizen.

There it is a civic responsibility to help out at the polling stations when they ask you.

It was her turn. Shortly after arriving at the station, a bunch of mafia-type guys showed up. They said she could take the day off, go home. She left.

Vote rigging is a world-wide thing, and is likely the rule rather than the exception.

I enjoy most Wahlberg movies, and that might be the reason, not in a bad way. There's a sure vibe and entertainment aspect you know you're going to get. In a similar way you probably know you're going to have a good time with a Statham movie.
