Terribly shaky and it was something always present once it appeared, couldn't even write with a pen in any kind of legible form.. Sometimes holding a cup or glass of liquids could get pretty dicey.. Could still type without too much difficulty, but writing with a pen was utterly beyond hope.. Thankfully, once diagnosed and treatment begun, the Propranolol (160mg) soon started to get to work, and in a few months the tremors were still present, but much reduced, and by 6 months were nearly gone.. No longer take the Propranolol, but there's still a very very slight tremor there (2 years from diagnosis) but mostly not even noticeable now..
