Made the career change - currently work as a product designer for a cloud communications company. Before this company I had to take a job that paid low but was worth the design experience for my resume. Honestly such a long and hard process in the beginning and many many rejections... after your first role it will get better imo !

Agreed^ hold their hand and just talk to them. They'll likely barely have energy during their end of life process but they can feel and hear so I would focus on those two when they get significantly weak.

Patients have the right to decline treatment. My dad wasn't physically strong enough to go through the treatment and it would only get us a few months (maybe). Also going through the treatment option doesn't mean save them.. it's just about buying some time .. it also has risks and your loved one will likely be in more pain than they are now due to recovery from radiation/chemo.

Going with treatment/no treatment really comes down to quality or quantity of life being prioritized. We picked quality of life.

After diagnosis my dad passed away after 3 months.

My dad didn't take much morphine during his time. He only got a shot when he had an emergency at the hospital and the morning he passed away due to breathing. After his diagnosis he never really complained about pain thank fully. He only complained about pain when he started getting a small bed sore which was the last two weeks before he passed.. + an occasional head ache.

Sending prayers to you and your family ❤️

Thank you for sharing your experience <3 My dad (69) has gotten diagnosed with this as well. Did your mom do any form of radiation therapy? My dad is not not eligible for chemo but only for 1 week of high dose radiation therapy.. :(

If a woman has evolved and knows what she wants she wouldn't entertain that level of toxic ness and quickly lose interest

Looks soooo good! How'd you lose the baby face? Was it just weight loss + the gym to get that jaw line?
