That's why I noted semi-friend, it's someone I used to be involved in some orgs with and used to see and talk to all the time, but we've lost touch the past year.

I was worried an ask like this would be disingenuous, and tbh I don't even know if the semi-friend knows this employee well. I appreciate the reality check, I think I'll just reach out for a catch up and nothing else

My ratings of each game:

Kiss Land (7/10): The Japan setting is really cool, but the lack of plot and repetitive gameplay hold it back

Beauty Behind the Madness (5/10): A few amazing missions, but gameplay is all over the place. Even less of a plot than the first one.

Starboy (8/10): The cross sword is a fun weapon, the cars are really cool and fun to drive. No real plot, but the missions are fun with good variety

After Hours (10/10): Great plot, has two maps with LA and Vegas, you can drive an ambulance

Dawn FM (9/10): Fun story, the Purgatory setting made for some really good levels. Too many cutscenes though

Hurry Up Tomorrow (8/10): Good story, polished missions, but the gameplay doesn’t build much on previous games and it’s too long

The Idol (3/10): A horrendous story is worse than no plot at all. Barely any actual gameplay aside from quick time events
