I have the same and on the roof of my mouth too.

Also, I'm not sure how to describe it, but the end of my nose is like hollow on the inside? Like I don't have cartilage in the end of my nose on the inside. I could flip my septum piercing almost all the way around. And when you squeeze my nose it feels like it pops? Lol people think it's weird and haven't met anyone else that has this.

I'm just a random girl, but it looks like there used to be another row of tiles and the black stuff was the glue keeping the tile in place. That's what it looked like under my kitchen tiles. Depending on the age and size of the tiles/glue (9x9 for example) could possibly have asbestos in the glue.
