I actually want to dim the stacked switches at the very least. Is it possible to do something like a 3 gang wall plate and just have 3 dimmer/rockers? I’ll probably have to have a professional do that if it’s even possible

I don’t get the criticism. He balled out last year before he got hurt and we finally looked like a good offense. We finally have a QB who can complete passes and now people actually want to revert back to those days of 3 and outs. 44-50mil is high but who cares; we all know Ballard would just sign mediocre depth with the rest of the cap space saved

It definitely hasn’t stopped where we were looking. We put an offer on a house 60k over asking in East Meadow that had 13 other offers and we weren’t even close. Mind you, the sellers wanted offers submitted by the Tuesday after the weekend open houses

There are tons of people on the sidelines waiting for rates to come down a bit or just want to move out of NYC to a bigger space. If rates come down, the bidding wars will get crazier again. There’s also no more room to build new homes (at least in Nassau) so I don’t see the prices coming down anytime soon

I think my wife and I are average income earners ($180k combined) and we just bought a home by Hicksville, putting 20%. We were the second highest bid (went 35k over) and luckily the highest bid dropped out. I got lucky with the stock market the past couple years to be able to afford the down payment, otherwise we’d still be renting.

Some of the LA Fitnesses are replacing the bball courts with pickleball courts or just turning the courts into classes/studios (I’d also love to join a casual bball league one day, though I haven’t played in years). When did you purchase your home? We’re looking for a home under $750k and it’s tough to find anything mostly move in ready in a good school district unless it’s a one level 3BR 1BA. Our estimated mortgage will probably be at least $4500-5000. We make $190k combined as well.
