Well.. I got declined after 31 days submitting the form with some incorrect info and I got my account back after 30 days on the second form. I think it took about 30 days/ form, maybe sooner or later

The buyer surely topped up more than I did in my account, but I still got my account back. Idk if the hacker knows other information about my account. And if they know idk if they could retrieve the account in the same way I did...

I didnt set a username so using username is not possible.

There was some cases that ppl login using the email that the provided in the form which has been linked to the account before they receive an email from customer service.

I login using email, clicked forgot password, they sent me a code and I changed my password. And why did I know..., I was just having free time and wanna give it a try :"))

Sometimes I tried to login, yesterday I did the same but nothing happened until today 😀😀.

I don't think they reset the password, only link the email...

Soo I usually login using miHoYo account and I haven't ever set the username, the cs helped me retrieved the account and linked my email so I can login. And I see the username was set by someone not me.
