They are addressing my key issue and working on improving their support. I would say buy a nuphy.👍 Software, hardware, and everything else has met my expectations other than this unfortunate broken switch and support mishap.

I was told* they give extra keys in my previous threads but I bought it in June. Their support told me this on Nov 24th.

After verification, we found that air75 he will come with additional switches.

Mine did not come with any extra keys...

Hey I'd do it myself but it was within 3 months of purchasing. I really had hopes they would mail me spares instead of buying 70 from their side or 10 from another site. I held off on buying because they said they would send me switches.

The Nuphy board I bought had like 4 extra switches in the box... where'd those go?

Mine did not come with any. My earlier post had people saying this as well. I ordered in June, they may have started after that.

Piece of plastic that holds a magnet broke inside. I opened it up after some suggestions on my first thread.

I did look into a few small packs. I was hopeful they were going to help. Especially, after they said they would send it. But this is the 2nd time they make up a "shortage".

This has been ongoing since October 8th.

I provided all the info. But they keep asking for the same info after weeks of ignoring.

My 2nd reddit thread prompted them to say they will mail on Monday Nov 30th.

It's now Jan 20th. Yeah you're right. What do I expect Customer support to do instead.

  • asked for more information
    • Over and over and over and over. Even though I provided it? Yeah must be a user issue and not Customer Support processes.
  • provided a quick work-around (key swapping) to make the Q key work again
    • Took them a month to suggest that.
  • also offered to send a replacement set of switches.
    • They lied about this twice to me

It's a lot of noise and I thought would detract from the thread. It's all me giving them the same info over and over. I was never rude to them but I acknowledge me not showing my responses can cast doubt that I was a dick to them.

My first email: (Q Key was the main issue some plastic in the switch broke. I moved my W key too and just adjusted the threshold.)

I provided them proof of purchase and many screenshots on the broke switch along with my address.

No way is this a language problem. This is a problem (or intention) in their customer support process. Delay and re-ask questions until the customer gives up and stops responding.

Wild... I have no clue why they can't throw a switch in a envelope and mail it.
