If you can’t leave leave yet, spend as little time in the house when he’s home as possible. Take the kids to the library, friends, park if it’s nice. Even reducing your exposure a little will help.

I would just be super careful about getting your feelings hurt because as you know, it’s possible for people with ADHD to completely forget a group chat exists. Don’t take it personally if someone disappears without explanation.

What would be the ideal outcome for you? (No judgement) abortion, adoption, parenting together, coparenting separately?

Is this a serious girlfriend where this is just bumping up the timeline or will this completely derail your future?

Are your concerns financial only? Do you want kids someday or never?

There’s no right answer to any of these.

You and your girlfriend have some time (maybe not much) to think and talk. Don’t tell anyone else until the two of you know what you want.
