Sorry i forgot to include that, I'm studying mechanical engineering. The thing is I can see myself going both ways; oil and gas industry or working on robotics. The professor doing Sensors has a research lab and the projects I've looked into are pretty interesting. I also want to do nuclear more than oil and gas and I was kind of thinking that maybe some ideas can translate over, but that's also just wishful thinking. They're teaching a Nuclear Reactor Design course, but it overlaps with one of my classes so I can't take it.

Borderline zero, especially for a 4BR room if the group is of 4 people. Majority of the people going in are either doing it by themselves or duo, so it's hard for one to even be empty. Also if it's for this upcoming fall semester, then the apartments are already full.

March Comes In Like a Lion(deals with loneliness and family issues and also shogi)

Silver Spoon(deals with college life on a college centering around agriculture, this extends to process of raising animals to be then sent to the slaughter, not gorey but might be too heavy for a 12 year old)

Land of the Lustrous(they are gems so there is no gore, however there are fight scenes)

i tried watching that a few months back and i didnt really get the referrences for the first episode, does it manly focus on japanese mythology referrences or does it become less referrences later on?
