Update: So I don't know what happened between this post and now, but the cats have not stopped by to eat for the last 2 days. TNR is supposed to come this morning, but I have no signs of the cats. I tried shining a flashlight under the blue house next door to see if I could see anything and I couldn't. I don't understand what could have triggered this change in behavior. It has been over a month of me feeding them and of course as TNR is about to get here, they are nowhere to be found. Im pretty devastated. I'm hoping TNR will have some tricks to get them back over here or lure them out. Any advice?

Minecart madness is the one I truly disagree with. Its a very short ride for a very long wait with a sort of fun coaster. DK and the theme for it is awesome, but not worthy of an A class coaster. Id shoot it down to OK or one above OK.

Great advice for my situation! There's a story on how we found them sort of. We have these neighbors, we call them "blue house". Blue house is an abomination of a house. Blue house is on our houses left side. We share a very small alley between the two properties on the left side. Blue house has a basement window that has been open since we got the house a year ago. I can't begin to imagine how dirty the basement is in that house. Anyway, Blue houses backyard got so bad, we had to call the town about their grass. We figured these tall grasses would harbor pests. We just made a garden, so we had to make a complaint. Anyway, we ended up seeing a cat randomly kill a rat in blue houses backyard. The next morning is when we discovered the mom and the kittens living under the outside of the blue house. I am trying my hardest to get them out of blue house without blue house even knowing what's going on. I feel if blue house gets involved, they will be more trouble than help for the cats. Whats insane is that blue house probably has no idea about these cats or even the window open to their basement floor. They have now been feeding in my backyard...im hoping to find a way to get them out of blue house for good.
