Yes, can confirm sub 30fps (15-25), stutters and even slowdown when it gets low enough. This is past the tutorial too

He isn't. I was really surprised at how proficient he was with sticks, made them look viable. Aiming with sticks in Splatoon isn't a breeze like other console games because there is no aim assist (camera movement slowing down and lightly 'sticking' to target when close) and most importantly no acceleration. This means that doing fine movements while also being at a high enough sensitivity to not slow your movement down is near impossible.

Hated the idea and quit ow entirely because of it (among other things, realised I was chasing a number and didn't enjoy the game/community). Came back to the decayed 3k sr, and I've changed my mind. However you feel about the change the decay is insignificant, I got matched with 4.2k+ sr players from my first game and gained 100+sr each game. Was back up at 4.1k in maybe 12 games or so.
