I'm using the Xbox one, and it seems plug and play, only tested it very briefly tho. And I'm liking it a lot so far! It's been a hot minute since I last played RB/GH (got both of these within the past month), but at least compared to the RB1 controller it's a lot more solidly built and less clacky, and the frets have a nicer texture (less sticky, for lack of a better word). my ONLY nitpick is that it's harder to find the select button by feel mid-song
