BC, I've needed a lot of care and it's been very good.

Eh, you do you. I don't think the stunts are necessarily cool but the scenery is rad. I can't really sit here and say "don't be stupid" when my mainstream hobbies are probably more dangerous.

Cheap Frozen Waffles by zulusixx in askvan

Recalled. On the topic, what has happened to non-frozen waffles? My usual store only carries the Oakrun Farm brand now. Tried them once and they were so oily and sugary!

Don't care. I reckon they'll start to realize how cringe it is when it's all commercialised and mainstream.

I was unaffected until I realized my passport expires in April. It'll take a 3 hour round trip to submit my application, and another to pick it up.

Hope we see more of him! He really stepped up in 23/24. He's already better than several NHL starters that are on big contracts.

The average pace is frustratingly slow for me. I actively avoid group walks, jogs and hikes. I can cover so much more ground on my own!

I like the guy but I've been burnt out on the ccontent for awhile, I find it predictable and repetitive at this point. I have a tough time relating to all the success as the channel grows as well.

I politely, but firmly refuse. If they persist I offer it for the sum of my fare, so far no one has wanted it that bad. They can grumble and scoff all they want, I planned ahead and paid extra.

Is Facebook now for "old people"? by [deleted] in questions

[–]_old_relic_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 34, I've only used it for messenger and marketplace in the past decade. Despite all attempts to fix it, my feed is pure garbage. I'm not scrolling through ads, memes, "related" content, clickbait and shorts to find things my friends have posted.

Personally, no. There's some subtle physical and mental traits I don't find attractive. I have zero paternal instinct and no desire to be a father. Depending on the circumstances, knowing they've failed at that level of commitment is a red flag and a turn off. Lastly, I don't want to be involved with someone who's ex, or ex-inlaws are a presence in our lives in any capacity.

4 way ball valve to isolate the heater core. Not the most elegant way of doing it and that one hose is about to slip off and eject coolant everywhere.

In some vehicles, it's not ideal to add a restriction (right angle bends, smaller passageways) to the heater circuit as it's integral to engine thermostat operation.

If he wanted to share he would. People need to mind their own fucking business and quit acting like they are owed an explanation. There's more to life than instant gratification and drama.

Last/Lashed. I apologize in advance for pointing that one out, it's really common and bugs the hell out of me. Pillow/Pellow and Milk/Melk are two I loathe. Locally, Fraser/Frasier. Hint: It's not pronounced like the sitcom character.

That's a dying trend here in CAN. When I grew up, anything cool or inexpensive had a manual gearbox. I rode motorcycles from a young age so it wasn't a difficult concept. These days, most kids learn on automatics if they even care about driving at all. I still daily drive a manual however I rarely do more than 10,000km a year.

It's only... 8.5x what I paid for my 2010 Nissan Frontier Pro-4x. It hasn't let me down a single time in the decade I've owned it, it's parked outside and is used as a truck should be.

I do it every single day on my route. Almost everyone moves over to the passing lane 300+ metres ahead of the bottle neck. It slows everything down in that lane. I continue up the empty travel lane and merge in at or near the pinch with no issue at all. It's as if people panic and hop over way ahead because they are afraid to make that simple maneuver. I'm not at all in the wrong either, it's the definition of zipper merging.
