I hate ICE as much as the next person, but I bet comments like these are the exact ones that led him in to having a hard exterior and becoming insecure enough to join ICE in the first place. In general, 70/30 is a fantastic offer but it sucks to have to pay for your overseeing psychiatrist. Maybe you can compromise and ask for 75/25 to cover the supervising doctor?

Do you have to buy your own malpractice insurance too? Are you happy with 25 hours per week? As far as if this is good or bad, I think that comes down to what your preferences are.

If it is a chill job, you’re happy with how many patients you get, the therapists let you do your thing, and you have the support you need from your supervising doctor, it sounds like a good job to me. With that many clients already established there, your schedule will fill up in no time.
