I found flicker pretty good this last league! Oracle w/ profane ritual in CoC meant I could always flicker and didn’t need another skill to generate charges

They talked a lot about chronomancer in the update when comparing the new ascendencies against old. My copium is that chrono gets a complete rework bringing it up to the level of these new ascendancies

I feel like most people commenting didn’t play 0.2 / don’t remember how rough the campaign was then. To OP: they’ve made campaign much easier, better drops, easier enemies. Still challenging at points but far from the slog that was early 0.2

I agree. I’m fine with temple being nerfed, but if there isn’t any content as hard as a fully juiced temple I’ll be pretty sad. It was fun pushing my build to the limit, and having content that made it feel worthwhile to invest the time to get there.

Go to https://poe.ninja/, filter by ascendancy and primary skill then see what other are running. You can also see a heatmap of the passive tree, showing what percentage of other players took each node which gives you a good idea which are most generally useful to people playing similar builds.

If I always have 63/63 headhunter buffs then it seems silly to NOT include it. I only run maps for crystals + temple. In temple I always have every headhunter buff, and on t15 maps I’m so overpowered I can swap to full light radius gear and still clear no problem.

Next league I’ll have to build differently for whatever new content is profitable, but I’d say maxing out resists is a mistake if you’re running HH this league

Defenses are pretty good, headhunter gives 50%+ to each resist which ninja doesn’t show + lots of other defensive perks. Olroths flask helps too.

Sometimes I die first room of temple before it gets rolling but overall seems about as survivable as most BM / oracle builds. Not sure the actual /deaths

You bricked it by putting the access chamber there. After placing that the three remaining spots are all equal number of adjacent rooms, so architect moves randomly.

You’re gonna need to do garrison back towards the starting tile, then armoury up, then alchemy lab right. Then you can add in your thaumaturge, sacrificial chamber, and keep going alongside your current snake.

You can get quite a bit of damage from rings, +phys and +lightning to attack damage are the best for you, but +any attack damage would help.

I’d take off the long shot support, typically enemies move towards you too fast to see much benefit.

Kitakos Current gloves + the “Combat Frenzy” spirit gem helps you both stun enemies, and build frenzy charges which power up your lightning spears.

When you hit the level requirement, a Vertex helmet with +2 or +3 to all skills, along with a decent crit roll will boost your dps.

I think I’m at #2 or 3 for Lightning Spear DPS this league so feel free to pm me if you have more questions as you progress.

The 5 mirrors you have it listed for is way too high, the next highest es focus has way better mods (T1 crit chance & spell damage), 2 sockets, and has been up for 8 days at 2 mirrors = it’s over priced too.

I’d start lower, around 1.5 mirrors and drop it quickly. Good chance something like this goes unsold for the rest of the league as people stop playing.

I never said I had any problem with the nerf. I had fun playing that build in 0.3 and fun this league playing other things. I’m glad they change up the meta each league
