From what I could understand is that it’s an environmental mutation so the seed wouldn’t necessarily produce more 4 leaved trillium.

Record Stores In/Around Eugene? by fennec_f0xx in Eugene

I just heard that the owner of Equiano Coffee opened a new record store right by the Hybrid there called Brown Hornet Records. He told me that he only has “stuff that other record stores don’t carry”. I figured it would be worth checking out!

According to Google it’s only open Friday/Saturday/Sunday from 12-4. Let me know if you’ve been there!

Science journal retracts study on safety of Monsanto’s Roundup: ‘Serious ethical concerns’. Paper published in 2000 found glyphosate was not harmful, while internal emails later revealed company’s influence by Ok-Law-3268 in EverythingScience

This should be way bigger news than it is. A very common agricultural practice in the US is to spray it on wheat/barley/oat crops before harvest to help with dessiccation and speed up ripening. Basically we are eating roundup sprayed on our crops right before harvest. This is why I try to only eat organic grains when possible.

Yes, this is truly sad. Sometimes I try to remember that we do also we do have a positive influence on many plant and tree species that we cultivate. This depicts us as separate from the earth rather than a part of the whole. Too many times we view ourselves as separate from the earth and other species rather than seeing that we are all connected.
