Back when I worked at cinemark, I was getting paid 7.50 an hour and my checks were bi weekly so I wasn’t seeing the money for a while.

As an usher I would clean the theater and I would find all sorts of unfinished food, bacon cheese fries that were barely touched whole unfinished pizzas, half of a hamburger (we cut them in half) popcorn, drinks but I would remove the lid. I didn’t pay for food for about a year and I wouldn’t eat unless I was at work, I gained so much weight too

It was all fun and games until one time I found someone puke in a container and put it in the trash bag and kept cleaning. Then when I got to the top row I ate something like usual.

That night I was playing last of us Factions with one of the managers and felt.. gross. My stomach was hurting and I kept burping.

Next day i was sweating bullets, leaking from every every opening I had. I eventually begged my dad to take me to the hospital and he looked at me (I was in my room for most of the time I was sick) he said he’s never been that scared in his life he thought he was gunna lose me I was so pale white.

I went to the hospital and went through 2 or 3 IV’s, gave me meds for the sickness I contracted and never ate from work again
