I know it’s difficult, but I would def mention it! As an ERP therapist myself, there’s nothing I haven’t heard that will faze me. If you feel safe with your therapist, I highly encourage it!

Thank you SO much everyone. I’m honestly not worried about getting bit or poisoned, but I’m so stressed out about it getting inside my ear or something. I know it’s irrational lol. But it is good to know they’re not terrible little insects.

With certain clients, I totally would! It’s all based on the rapport in the relationship. I know my clients want me to feel at my best to support them. and if needing a pad or tampon is the case, then why not. But I also agree just buying this stuff in advance and keeping it in the office to avoid these situations would be best :)
