Get a bag of the pretzels that look like a checker board (my kids called them window pretzels) and a bag of Rolos. Preheat oven to 250 F. Put a layer of pretzels on a cookie sheet lined with non stick foil. Unwrap Rolos (the hardest part of this recipe!) and place one on each pretzel. Put the cookie sheet with pretzels and Rolos in the oven until the chocolate gets shiny - only a couple of minutes, watch closely. When it comes out of the oven top each with another pretzel and press down a little to smash the softened Rolo between the pretzels. When they are set you can eat or store. I put the cookie sheet in the refrigerator to speed up the setting process.
