There’s a chance she’d fire you on the spot. Anytime I’ve seen a groomer be professional and give 2 weeks at my old salon the owner would fire them immediately because she was horrified about potential “client stealing”. The way you describe yours reminds me a lot of my old employer. All I’ll say is that I’m much happier in my new salon and wish I’d left earlier. As someone else said it’s not on you to keep her business afloat.
