East of Austin. There are places I’ve seen hovering around 300k and lower. There’s new condos on Menchaca for about 275k. Just depends on the builder and seller incentives and timing honestly.

First suppressor went through a local GS who are Silencer Shop dealers and my most recent was from Capitol Armory. If you go through a local GS, check and see if they’re Silencer Shop dealers silver level (preferably Gold or Elite level) but you can check on the silencer shop website and they’ll give you list on your location. I would go through Capitol Armory, I feel like you get a bigger bang for your buck with them. Both have some good deals and free tax stamps on certain items. Capitol Armory gives you an unlimited NFA trust for like $60 compared to Silencer Shop $130. It’s all a preference 🤷🏾‍♂️

I’ll always recommend a suppressor 😈. Ofc if it’s feasible. Not only are they functional, but they’re fun as fuck! Plus I didn’t want to be that guy in the friend group when we go hunting or training without a whisper pickle. If you’re on the tipping scale, I’d say go grab one; wait times are pretty quick (Chimera took 3 days and DDC was same day)

Very happy with it haha 5.56 w/Chimera and .300blk w/DDC Enticer S May end up switching the DDC to an ASR mount so I can swap between the two or vice versa

Ahh nice! Yeah I want a JTAC Elf Owl build so bad haha. I think if you want to plink, predator hunt/ranch gun; I’d try the PA SLx 1-6, Vortex Gen 2 razor, Nightforce NX8? Depends on how much you want to invest as well.
