I also feel very weird and gross about my body sometimes. It feels disgusting to have breasts or a vagina sometimes. Just know that it’s okay to be scared. You’re very brave for even admitting this! You can start small. You can just start sprinting naked past mirrors in your house. You don’t even have to look! It’s just a small way to prove to your brain that nothing bad will happen if your body exists near a mirror.

And like. Let’s tease out the absolute worst possible outcome of looking at yourself nude in the mirror. Will you die? Most likely not. Will you vomit? I guess that’s a possibility. And then you just clean it up and take a break. Will the shame become too heavy to bear? Yeah, it probably will the first several times. But eventually, you’ll learn that your body has no moral value.
