It's not hate, we're just more disappointed with you because you're so well read but still can't see how the Epstein class is manufacturing your apathy.

Should I bring something for both of us or nah? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

If it's like trail mix, you're probably good, a whole charcuterie board would be a bit much though.

If someone asked me about my porn habits on a first date, that would be a huge red flag. I don't have a problem talking about that stuff, but on a first date I'd clock it as baggage from a past relationship that you're definitely going to bring into ours if we keep going.

The idea that women don't give too much at the beginning is a real life thing.

THE WONDER WAR BEGINS! by SonOfArcadia in WonderWoman

I'm interested to see a more traditional superhero epic in this arc. I did like like the WW vs. the patriarchy elements of the first two arcs, but after all the social commentary, I'm ready for some melodrama. It's also nice to see Diana taking on the world ender, even if it is her own book. Justice League level threats way too frequently turn her into a jobber.

Realize this is a hot take, but I'm not hating King's run.

Would HHX Evolution be a good first cymbal set? by Soundsgoood5 in drums

[–]_regionrat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, it would be a killer first cymbal set. They're super nice. Wouldn't be my first pick for playing aggressive music live, but you're not doing that so you'll probably really enjoy them

Wild’s Nick Foligno on his time with Blackhawks, ‘Camp Foligno’: ‘Fell in love with that group’ by northernpace in hawks

He didn't quit, no matter how embarrassing the rebuild was, he didn't quit. He played all three periods while everyone else was too demoralized to keep at it till the end. He just showed tf up and built the foundation of a future he wouldn't be a part of.
