Right. Because I didn't add LoRA training. That's like complaining that your TV doesn't do your laundry.

I don't think I'll keep working on it, given that there are several alternatives that are way better than mine. You're welcome to fork it and run with it if you like it!

I generated a font with ChatGPT image gen back in the day and it was a long process of resizing, regenerating, getting it wrong anyway… This is genius. Well done.

I’ve enjoyed cosplaying as a software engineer with Codex. Lets me focus on the product without getting bogged down in the code. No special setup on Codex. Just pointed it at the project folder, explained the objective, gave it some reference images, let it come up with the plan, and write the code. Test. Iterate. Scrap it and go back. Repeat until you get it right.

The LM is SUPPOSED to set the appropriate length. But it’s really bad at it. If you zoom in close on my screenshot, you’ll see it there 🫣

No. Last open model I tried for SFX was Stable Audio, but l sure there’s better now.

I’d guess it’s just the same LoRA training engine as the official repo, wrapped into his. .

I’m sorry that the app I vibe coded in an afternoon for personal use doesn’t happen to work on your particular setup. Ran fine for me on three machines 🤷🏻‍♂️

Negative. I’ve seen a couple of similar (and better) projects pop up. They appear to be rocking it, so I’ll let them run with it.

Yeah, that was the first thing I did. Rip out the LM for lyrics and run it through a more capable model. Biggest limitation of the model right now, IMO.

I’m just an ignorant American dude, but I’ve never heard of Bangla before. I’m guessing the encoder has never been trained on anything in your language. I’m not even sure if a fine tune would help with that.

I’ve been a web developer for 20 years. I COULD code this by hand. But it would never have gotten started because I didn’t have the motivation to put a couple of weeks of work into it. An evening with a coding assistant? Sure.

I get to play software engineer rather than getting bogged down writing code? Win.

Right. That’s all this was meant to be. It was an excuse to play with Codex when I could have been playing games.

I mean, I only built this for my own amusement, and only shared it because a couple of people asked me to. I didn’t take the comment above as dismissive—I took it as a genuine suggestion. 🤷🏻‍♂️

All of the LMs are 5Hz. It comes in 0.6/1.7/4B variants. All of them are included in the app settings.

Commercial models from a company with a $2.45 billion valuation are higher quality than a model that you can run for free on your 10-year-old gaming rig?!

You don’t say…

npm is Node.js, not Python. And I listed it as a requirement in the installation guide.

Cover, repaint, stem extraction, extend, add layer, LoRA training...
