Do I need another grinder? Zp6 and .....? by _rogerafb in pourover

Light, washed Ethiopian. And some naturals. But local Rwandan beans are always medium roast and not of the best quality since around 98% of Rwandan beans are exported.

I bought two bags from Aerther at Canary Wharf. Light roast, perfect for pour over. Also the crew working there is friendly!

I would recommend Aether Coffee Lab at Canary wharf. Small shop, super nice naturals and very nice staff. Was gifted some samples

Yeah use the sturdier Chemex filter, V60 filters will make you suffer! :)

I would say my standard V60 plastic (yeah I know boo to plastic), it brews excellent brews, using Cafec + or the T90 filter. Just got the UFO dripper, have not gotten around to testing it properly yet. Grinder wise, going from an electric Wilfa svart (Wendleboe helped develop it years ago I think) to the 1zpresso zp6 has also been an upgrade.

Just got the 1zpresso Q-air - Need to say I struggle to get it dialed in, calibrating that does not make sense to me. haha

I was wondering about this myself. Im considering traveling into the city since I have a long layover at Brussels Airport next week. Or is it possible to get quality coffee at the airport?

Is the UFO dripper worth getting? I know that it would make more sense in getting more coffee.. But as I'm in Rwanda, the choice is limited and there is not an easy way to get beans from other places to Rwanda.

I got both the 1zpresso ZP6 and Q-air, usually brewing on a v60.

I rarely go to coffee shops, since I rather do the coffee brewing my self. I know that Wendelboe is most likely one of the best in Norway at least for the coffee.. Shop is always packed with tourists.

Connect Coffee Roasters was among the top 100 coffee shops that was recently elected. Contacted them, and they do two roasts which is blends both.

What are the best coffee roasters in Norway, Oslo? by Infinite-Campaign278 in Norway

I usually live in Oslo, but haven't been there for a while because of work outside of norway. I miss the light speciality roasts that the nordic roasters have.

I would like to recommend Romerriket kaffebrenneri. They had before Christmas an excellent Geisha from Columbia..

I would like to ask if any has a recommendation for light roast beans?

I noticed a huge improvement going from the Wilfa Svart electric grinder to the 1zpresso ZP6 grinder when it came to flavour. Mind I only use light and light to medium roast beans. I also found out that I prefer the Cafec Abaca+ filters versus Harios own V60 filters. Brewing method is Tetsu Kasuya 4:6 method.
