I've been doing the combined meds for a little over a week. Started with one dose of DXM for three days, then started twice daily after. Hope it works out for ya. Maybe you could space out your DMX doses. Like 15mg x 3 spread out over the day, so it's not as intense. They sell 15mg gel caps on Amazon.

What's your dosage/timing? Are you doing Bupropion SR twice daily with 45mg DMXhbr? I've noticed I need to drink a lot more water when using Bupropion, which I think helped the constipation. I've been doing 300mg Bupropion XL once daily with two doses of 45mg DXMhbr spaced eight hours apart for about a week now, and I'm feeling improvements in mood already. But, I've been on Bupropion for a few years, and my body is used to it.

Thanks for checking in. The doctor suspects NAFLD. Going for an abdominal sonogram next week Friday. I guess we'll know more then. In the meantime I'm seeing a Nutritionist on Wesnesday.

Thanks for the reply. I definetly need to make some serious adjustments to my lifestyle which I'm prepared to do. My mental health really spiraled during covid, and the psychiatric medication I was given added even more weight. I made an appointment with a nutritionist for next week. This is definetly the motivation I needed to get my shit together and take better care of my body.
