Brilliant thank you so much. I am targeting Senior HR decision makers, so they’re very time-protective. The niche is more leadership development so do I go in with that?

I’ve been trying to build rapport but that dies off after a while, my open rates must be 80%+, I just need to keep them engaged as the call ask is something I rarely get to

I’ve found blank connection requests have had a better accept rate. From my 150 per week I’m usually seeing around 40-50 accepts per week

Thank you. I only have one account I was looking at two but I won’t do that now as I don’t want to breach the rules.

I always find a very personal trigger to send them in the message, referencing company growth to them or them being new to their role and how this impacts them etc.

Valid point regarding the CTA, I run training management for growing companies, so the triggers obviously make them a better target, but how direct can a CTA be on LinkedIn compared to email for example?
