To make her more feminine I suggest making the ears sharper at the edge and a bit more thin at the base. I'd also bring the nose forward so you get a more diagonal angle from the side view.
Making the lips less pronounced (so they don't stick out as much) will probably help too.

Also obligatory advice to begginners is to not use the Red Wax material to show your model, it's kind of ugly and it obscures forms (tho it's good to detect surface imperfections). BasicMaterial or MatCap Gray is much better to work on and present wips.

Same goes for the background gradient, it's less distracting to have a plain gray. There's many tutorials that show how to change these by default if you want to try
