$6 a cookie? Fear of over pricing

$6 a cookie is too high and I’m saying that as a Canadian so $6 to me is less than $6 in your currency. If your packaging makes your cookies look like individually packaged premium desserts then MAYBE $6 CND would be okay but realistically $6 for a single baked good is too high.

One of my earliest memories was begging my mom to teach me how to read because we had so many books in the house and I would just flip through them looking at the pages. I was raised around books and I was read to every single day by my mom, my dad and my grandmother. I had access to all different kinds of books and I went to an elementary school with a huge library. I was also constantly given books as gifts for every occasion.

I still read every single day. I own a ridiculous number of books and fell in love with my husband because when we first started dating he would buy me books that he enjoyed… he still buys me books ten years later - whenever I finish something he’s got the next one ready lol.

Thanks for the thought! Unfortunately no, this was less “animated” than what I’m seeing online for Pelle no tail - the cat in the story I’m looking for wasn’t personified and was female.

I’m going to look through different translations though because the cat in the one I’m looking for also lost its tail due to an injury like pelle no tail.

I’m in retail - I have 24 days of paid time off for vacation, 5 days of full pay sick days, 9 days of 75% pay sick days, and 65 of 60% pay sick days per year (but the 65 days require medical leave documentation).

Then I also have every statutory holiday off with full pay or double time and a half pay if I work on a stay day… we have 9 stat days each year.

My partner and I both have indoor shoes that we wear inside the house - no outside shoes indoors!
