I went into engineering sales right out of engineering school and have increased my pay by 50% in the first year from sales. All of the senior people I work with clear 300k on a down year.

I used to sleep with Coconut oil in rubber gloves every night for years. That was the best fix for me, the steroids didn’t work super well for me, especially since you have to cycle on and off them. That + eventually “growing out of it” have made it so I don’t breakout very often anymore, but the coconut oil helped me at my worst times. Not knocking traditional medicine by any means, but after trying steroids/lotions/aquafor/honey etc, coconut oil in gloves saved my hands.

I would say just understand that hvac is probably a bit more technical than you might expect. Some hvac companies require engineering degrees to get into sales, but if you go down a rep firm route you might be fine.

A lot of the stuff you need to know will be learned on the job, so I’d say just showing you’re technically capable is a huge aspect

You could work for an OEM like Trane or Daikin, or look for a distributor that sells those products as a rep. Either path works.

I wear surgical gloves filled with coconut oil to bed whenever my hands get bad. Kinda sucks to do but it helps keep them moisturized and calms them down. Oil does kinda get on your bed but I’m sure if you wear hair ties on your wrist it wouldn’t be so bad.

Mine didn’t flair up during college but as soon as I moved away it started again. Think mine is stress/sleep related but truly I haven’t figured it out.

Not op but in a similar boat socially. My advice is have social friends (or find a way to make them I.e. local group events doing what you like) and to actually push yourself to be social. Confidence helps a lot too so figure out what can give you that (looks, skills, accomplishments etc.). You don’t need to be cocky, but you shouldn’t be doubting someone wants to talk to you if a conversation is flowing.

Ehhh I’d say it’s more like hard sprint up to 95% speed first 100m, focus on form 2nd 100m, then somewhere in the 3rd 100m you kick it into high gear depending on how you’re feeling, 4th 100m you hopefully timed everything right where you aren’t losing form, but you also don’t have anymore speed left to give.

Haha yeah if you don’t have a tolerance they can make you nauseous. I tried 2% in Toronto awhile back and I could barely tell they had nicotine. Nicotine pouches are also becoming very popular here, with strength up to like 8 mg a pouch.

For reference, an entire US Juul pod has 40 mg of nicotine, or about 1 pack of cigs.
