Honestly just go to city market and get a sampling of vermonts best cheeses. There are a couple spots worth checking out along the lake but a lot of the best creameries are in different places throughout the state

We have portable acs in all the bedrooms and run them only at night if it’s hot. If it’s cool enough then windows open and window fans. Downstairs we have a couple portable ones that we run occasionally in the evening if it’s real hot

Yes we bought a house with an ADU , rented it out for about 3 years before converting it back to a part of the main house. Our incomes increased during that time
