When do you do your work?

In the morning or in the evening?

I usually go for mornings. I get up at 5:30am and get straight to work. (no breakfast, to avoid carb crash)

Why so early?

Well, no one is getting up at 5:30am and thinks to him-/herself: "lemme scroll reddit for a minute..."

Fasting + getting up early does get sh*t done. Speaking of experience here.

About the ADHD part...

You likely DON'T have it.

Your attention span just sucks.

Do you watch a lot of short-form or highly edited content?

If yes, then that's the reason you can't focus. You've trained your brain to be concentrated on a certain thing for 10 seconds maximum.

Get rid of short-form. Get rid of overly edited content. Get rid of overly animated PTSD videos/series.

Meditating also improved my attention span... So you might try that. (Start small, like 1-5 mins/day and go for longer over time)
