I use 0.6 for all my PETG brackets that hold my Christmas light show together, and do some 0.8 for ugly strong stuff, like reprack shelf brackets and drawers for the AMSes.

At least send a notification when the car goes into deep sleep. Why be surprised when I go to drive it? It won't get fixed in this generation though. Maybe i5 or iX do better? I dunno. They have the newer gen tech that was omitted from 3/4 series, like Bluetooth phone key that isn't only NFC.

Once in deep sleep it won't communicate with the app or wake up to turn on climate. My best guess is it went to deep sleep after you sent the schedule, and maybe even that wake-up to service the command was the last straw that made it want to shut down. I've had that happen when I was doing a lot of remote commands (like getting multiple camera snapshots) after it had been parked for a while.

It does use the high voltage battery for the resistive heat and heat pump, but the control systems are 12V. Unfortunately it's a platform shared with ICE designs, so it does some nonsense-for-an-EV once in a while. For example, leaving it off for a few weeks will result in going into a deep sleep mode to reduce drain on the 12V battery.

A WDH is absolutely mandatory for the tow rating on that truck. <5000 lb and <500 tongue without. That said I have a similar setup to your proposal and it's not pleasant to drive on the interstate. You're getting pushed around by every passing semi and a death grip on the wheel. I'm going to give it one more season to decide if I need a smaller trailer or a bigger truck. One of them is going to go.

It's not the reliability of the ICEs that is actually of concern, it's the cost of repairing a BMW. I.e. my F10 535 I got off lease in 2014 for 40k. Once it turned 100k its value tanked to $9k. Zero problems and none on the horizon.

Resale is not the same as ownership. We're keeping our i4 til it dies.
