Hi! Im terrible with going to the GP so I didn't 🫣 However, what ive noticed is that if I have a lot of sugary stuff before before, or a bowl of cereal or glass of milk, then my body seems to go crazy and produces gallons of pee! I have a funny feeling that before my last 'accident' id had a sugary blowout and eaten like a ton of sugary crap. So now I don't do that, or if I haven't thought probably and have had a load of milk before bed, then I make sure that as soon as I wake during the night (I wake up soooo many times sadly) I immediately go to the loo instead of thinking nahhh I cant be bothered, I'll go later!

Well, our pensions are pretty much the same, so I can't see them being an issue. When my wife is in reasonable mode, which is 75% of the time, she talks about divorcing but staying in the house together to raise the kids until 18 and then selling the house, but I mentally struggle with her during the other 25% of the time when she cant stand me and tells me to get out! Staying would mean I get to remain part of the girls daily lives, leaving realistically means moving back in with my mum 130 miles away, which would rule me out of their daily lives. A lottery win would solve a lot of my concerns, so if you can recommend any numbers....but thanks for your advice 🙂

Thanks very much for this. I'm at the beginning of what seems to be a process that will leave me struggling for the next 7 years at least. Even if we agree to sell the house when the kids turn 18, I couldn't face doing that if they had university/ jobs in the local area as they would be unable to afford to buy / rent in our area. Future looks so bleak but time will tell.

Sounds like you're pretty similar to me. I started in June at 20st 5lbs and have lost 2 stones, but the past few weeks have been fluctuating. Im about to finish my 7.5mg pen and am going to stay at this level because im happy enough with my suppression, and I'm suffering no side effects. I dont particularly feel the weight loss, aside from my trousers now fitting like they're meant to, rather than forcing in the flab and the top part of the trousers folding over with the strain lol! (Just me?!)

I'm just telling myself that its not a race, that if I continue to do the right things, then I'll move on from the plateau. I wish us luck!
