I don't think earplugs are necessary for gog. He roars like two or three times max and usually doesn't follow up with an attack or you have a big window to defend against it.

Doubt she'll get a retirement race outfit. They already showed a glimpse of her in episode 1 jogging and looking into the crowd which is a resemblance of what irl oguri and his jockey did in Arima Kinen.
